By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the Select Punters platform—whether via web, mobile application, or API integration—you (“you” or “user”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, without exception or limitation.

These Terms apply to all users of the Select Punters ecosystem and outline the rights, obligations, and limitations applicable to your use of our products and services.

What We Offer: Proprietary Gaming Model (PGM)

Select Punters Limited operates under a Proprietary Gaming Model (PGM)—a structured and performance-based approach that blends proprietary funding logic with the gaming industry. Our platform provides a risk-controlled environment where talented punters can be discovered, evaluated, and empowered with funding, support, and tools. This model includes:

1. Betting Evaluation Programs (Paid Challenges) Structured programs designed to assess users’ ability to manage simulated betting accounts by achieving defined profit targets within specific timeframes and risk parameters.
2. Funded Betting Accounts Users who successfully complete evaluation challenges may be allocated real-money accounts funded by Select Punters. These accounts allow users to place actual bets, with a profit-sharing agreement between the user and Select Punters.
3. Paper Betting (Simulation Environment) A risk-free simulation tool designed to train and assess users using simulated funds. This tool mimics real-market conditions without any monetary loss or gain and is primarily used in evaluation and educational phases.
4. Punters Marketplace A social-copy and leaderboard feature where high-performing punters can be followed by other users. It enables visibility, influence, and optional monetization of performance.
5. AI Chatbot (Research Assistant) A built-in assistant powered by artificial intelligence, designed to offer betting education, statistical insights, strategy support, and real-time research capabilities.
6. Monthly Free Sports Picking Tournaments

This is a free monthly sports pick tournament where players are ranked on a leaderboard based on their simulated wins.

Legal Agreement & Acceptance

By using the platform or any of its features—including but not limited to registering an account, participating in evaluation challenges, operating a funded account, engaging with the Punters Marketplace, or interacting with the AI chatbot, and participating in the monthly tournaments, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You are of legal betting age as required by applicable laws in Nigeria and your country of residence;
• You are acting in good faith and not on behalf of a third-party agency or illicit syndicate;
• You accept that violations of these Terms may result in suspension, termination, or legal action, depending on the severity of the breach.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use or access the platform or any part of our services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions and any associated agreements, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions are integral to understanding and interpreting your rights, obligations, and the services provided by Select Punters Limited.

User

A User refers to any individual or entity who creates an account on the Select Punters platform, regardless of whether they participate in the Proprietary Gaming Model (PGM) or use any of the services offered, such as evaluation challenges, funded betting accounts, monthly tournaments, AI or the Punters Marketplace. Users may include both registered members and temporary visitors who interact with Select Punters in any capacity.

Challenge (Evaluation Program)

A Challenge or Evaluation Program is a structured test designed by Select Punters to assess a user’s betting skills, risk management, and decision-making abilities in a simulated environment. The Challenge serves as the primary gateway for users who wish to qualify for a funded betting account. This program typically involves the completion of one or more phases, where users must meet performance targets and abide by established risk limits. Upon successful completion of the challenge, users are eligible for funding to move to a funded betting account and engage in real-money betting on behalf of Select Punters Limited in regulated Sportsbooks.

Funded Account

A Funded Account is a betting account provided by Select Punters that is capitalized with real money in a regulated sportsbook, upon successful completion of the Challenge. The account allows successfully evaluated punters to place real-money bets on various sports or events. All capital in the funded account is owned by Select Punters, but users are granted access to place bets, and any resulting profits will be split based on the agreed terms (typically 70% to the user and 30% to Select Punters). Users must adhere to all applicable rules regarding maximum stake, account balance management, and ethical conduct.

Paper Betting

Paper Betting refers to a virtual simulation environment designed for educational and practice purposes, where users can place simulated bets using simulated funds. This feature is intended to allow users to familiarize themselves with the platform, refine their betting strategies, and demonstrate their betting acumen without the risk of losing real money. The simulated account balance is reset periodically, and no actual profits or losses are realized in this environment.

Punters Marketplace

The Punters Marketplace is a public leaderboard showcasing the top-performing users (also known as Punters) on the Select Punters platform. This feature allows users to view, follow, and copy the betting strategies of successful punters who have demonstrated consistent profitability in their betting activities. Users can also share their betting performance data (such as ROI, win-rate, and slip history) to gain followers and enhance their influence on the platform. The Punters Marketplace helps democratize access to betting knowledge and allows successful punters to earn additional rewards through performance recognition.

AI Chat Bot

The AI Chat Bot is an automated research assistant powered by artificial intelligence, available to all registered users of Select Punters. It is designed to provide assistance with betting research, including data on odds, team form, player statistics, betting trends, and more. The AI Chat Bot is a tool intended for educational purposes and to help punters analyze trends, build strategies, and stay informed about their chosen sports or betting markets. However, it is important to note that the AI Chat Bot does not provide betting tips or make any guarantees regarding the outcomes of bets. The information it provides is based on data available at the time and should be used for analysis and decision-making purposes only.

PGM (Proprietary Gaming Model)

PGM (Proprietary Gaming Model) refers to Select Punters' unique and innovative iGaming framework, which provides users with the opportunity to engage in challenges, and real-money betting based on their merit. Under PGM, users are evaluated based on performance in a challenge or simulation, before qualifying for a funded account. The model aligns betting opportunities with risk management principles, ensuring that only qualified punters who demonstrate discipline and profitability are granted real-money stakes in regulated sportbooks. PGM is intended to be a meritocratic system where punters are rewarded for their skills, and the overall approach emphasizes responsible gaming and performance-based funding.

3. Eligibility

To access or use the services provided by Select Punters Limited, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering for an account or using any of our services, you affirm and warrant that you satisfy all of the conditions below:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable laws.

Legal Compliance

You must not be located in, a resident of, or accessing our platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by local, national, or international law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Select Punters platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Examples of restricted use cases may include (but are not limited to):

• Countries where betting or gambling is strictly banned by law or religious decree.
• Jurisdictions with blocked access to betting platforms or regulatory restrictions on foreign betting services.
• Persons residing in regions subject to international trade sanctions or financial restrictions.

Select Punters reserves the right to deny access, suspend, or terminate accounts that are discovered to be in violation of any applicable legal restrictions.

Prior Violations

You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or removed from any betting platform, gaming community, or proprietary funding service due to:

• Fraudulent activities;
• Cheating or data manipulation;
• Misuse of accounts;
• Harassment or abusive behavior;
• Any other behavior that violated prior terms of service.

Select Punters reserves the right to deny participation or access to individuals with a known history of ethical misconduct, platform abuse, or fraudulent behavior, even if such conduct occurred outside Select Punters.

Additional Vetting

Select Punters may, at its sole discretion, conduct identity verification (KYC), proof of location, or other compliance checks to determine your eligibility. Refusal to provide necessary documentation or failure to pass these checks may result in ineligibility or account suspension.

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria above, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any part of the Select Punters platform. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions, including by falsifying information, using VPNs to mask location, or creating accounts through proxies, may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

4. Account Registration

To use the Select Punters platform and access its features such as evaluation challenges, funded accounts, paper betting, or the Punters Marketplace, you must first register an account. By registering, you agree to comply with the following conditions:

One User, One Account

Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one account on the Select Punters platform. Multiple registrations, whether by using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity credentials—are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of evaluation progress, and/or permanent ban from the platform.

Example Use Case: If a user fails a challenge and attempts to re-register with a new account to bypass challenge restrictions, such actions will be flagged by our systems and may result in disqualification from future participation.

Accurate & Verifiable Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and verifiable personal details when registering your account, including (but not limited to):

• Full legal name;
• Age and date of birth;
• Active phone number;
• Valid email address;
• Country of residence.

Select Punters reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address, selfie verification). Failure to comply may lead to account suspension or rejection.

Use Case: During high-level funding approvals, we may perform KYC checks. Providing false details such as an alias, incorrect age, or unverifiable contact information will result in rejection.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, PIN, or 2FA tokens). You must not:

• Share your login details with any third party;
• Allow others to access your account;
• Use another person’s account for any purpose.

If you suspect unauthorized access or a potential security breach, you must notify Select Punters immediately via our official support channels.

Example Use Case: If your sibling accesses your account and places unauthorized paper bets or participates in a challenge on your behalf, this is a violation, even if no harm was intended.

Impersonation & Fraud

Creating an account using false identities, impersonating another person, or submitting falsified documents during verification is a violation of these Terms and may result in:

• Immediate account termination;
• Loss of eligibility for funding;
• Legal prosecution under applicable laws.

Updating Account Information

You are responsible for keeping your account details current and accurate. If there are changes to your contact number, email, or legal name (e.g., due to marriage), you must update them within your account dashboard or notify our support team.

5. User Obligations

As a registered user of Select Punters, you agree to uphold the integrity, purpose, and community standards of the platform. Your continued access and use of the platform is conditional upon your strict compliance with the following obligations:

1. Purposeful Use

You agree to use the Select Punters platform solely for its intended functions, which include:

• Participating in betting evaluation challenges;
• Engaging with paper betting for training and practice;
• Using a funded betting account after successful evaluation;
• Viewing or copying top punters in the Punters Marketplace;
• Leveraging the AI Chat Bot for research and trend analysis.

You must not use the platform for:

• Money laundering;
• Unauthorized marketing or promotions;
• Circumventing betting restrictions in your jurisdiction.

Use Case: A user creates an account for the sole purpose of advertising their own external betting platform. This is a misuse of Select Punters and grounds for immediate account termination.

2. No Cheating or Manipulation

You agree not to engage in any form of unfair advantage, including (but not limited to):

• Arbitrage betting between different bookmakers or data feeds;
• Match-fixing, collusion, or insider betting;
• Using scripts, bots, or external software to automate bets or manipulate odds;
• Feeding false or simulated data into evaluation challenges.
• Hedging of pick, intra and inter is not allowed

Any attempt to exploit the system will result in disqualification, loss of funding eligibility, and permanent ban.

Example: A user employs AI automation tools to mass-test outcomes during the evaluation phase. This violates the spirit of performance-based evaluation and will result in disqualification.

3. Respect the Community

You agree to engage with the Select Punters community in a manner that is:

• Respectful;
• Non-abusive;
• Free of hate speech, discrimination, or harassment;
• Not disruptive or misleading.

You must not post or transmit:

• Offensive or inflammatory content;
• Spam or unsolicited messages;
• False performance claims intended to mislead followers in the Punters Marketplace.

4. Personal Account Responsibility

You agree to maintain your account as personal and non-transferable. You may not:

• Share your login credentials;
• Allow another person to participate in your evaluation challenge;
• Sell, rent, or resell access to your funded or paper betting account.

Each account reflects your personal performance and decision-making. Violations will lead to forfeiture of results, funding, and future access.

Use Case: A user passes a challenge and sells the funded account to another bettor. This is strictly prohibited and will result in revocation of the account and recovery of any disbursed funds.

6. Fees and Payments

To participate in Select Punters’ Evaluation Challenges and access our services, users are required to pay certain one-time fees. These fees are outlined clearly before registration for a challenge or access to paid services. By proceeding with any payment on our platform, you accept and agree to the terms described below:

Evaluation Challenge Fees

Select Punters offers two main types of proprietary betting challenges, each with a fixed, one-time fee based on the selected account size:

a. Three-Phase Challenge

• Includes three progressive phases:
  • Phase 1: 65-odd value target.
  • Phase 2: 65-odd value target.
  • Phase 3: 65-odd value target.

b. Two-Phase Challenge

• Includes two progressive phases:
  • Phase 1: 100-odd value target.
  • Phase 2: 50-odd value target.

One-Time, Upfront Payment

All evaluation challenge fees:

• Are paid in full and upfront before gaining access to the challenge;
• Are non-refundable, except under the specific condition outlined below;
• Must be processed through approved and secure payment gateways provided by Select Punters.

Refund Upon Profit Split

The only scenario in which a user receives a full refund of the challenge fee is:

• The user completes all phases of the evaluation challenge;
• The user receives a funded betting account;
• The user generates profits and qualifies for their first profit split.

In this case, the entire challenge fee will be refunded in full, regardless of challenge type or account size.

Payment Channels and Currency Fees

• All payments must be made via approved gateways listed on the platform.
• Select Punters is not responsible for additional transaction fees, charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by your bank or payment provider.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the full required fee amount is received by Select Punters after deductions.

Use Case: If your bank charges a ₦500 processing fee, you must ensure the net payment to Select Punters matches the required fee. Underpayments may lead to delayed access or denied entry to the challenge.

Failed or Disputed Transactions

Select Punters reserves the right to:

• Suspend access to services until payment confirmation is received;
• Investigate any disputed, reversed, or fraudulent transactions;
• Take appropriate legal or recovery action where chargebacks are deemed malicious or abusive.

7. Product Use Cases

This section outlines the specific terms and permitted interactions with each core product offered on the Select Punters platform. Each feature is governed by rules that protect both the platform and its community, and ensure a fair, educational, and transparent user experience.

7.1 Paper Betting

Paper Betting is a non-monetary simulation feature designed to replicate the real-world betting experience using simulated funds. It is made available to all users either for free or at a minimal participation fee, depending on program structure.

Key Terms:

• It serves as a training ground for new punters to test strategies without financial risk.
• Outcomes from Paper Betting may be used to monitor consistency, decision-making, and betting discipline.

Prohibited Uses:

• Users may not simulate bets using inside information or falsified data.
• Bots, scripts, or automation tools are strictly prohibited in the paper betting environment.

7.2 Funded Betting Accounts

A Funded Betting Account is a real-money account in a regulated sportsbook, allocated by Select Punters to users who successfully complete the evaluation challenge. It is governed by performance rules, risk controls, and profit-sharing terms.

Key Terms:

• Once funded, the account remains under the ownership of Select Punters; the user is entrusted as a punter, where he shares his predictions and select punter- the operator plays the picks.
• All betting activity must comply with internal risk protocols, including:
  • Maximum of 5% stake per betslip;
  • No mirrored or duplicate betting patterns across different accounts;
  • No collusion with other funded punters.

Profit Distribution:

• Profits are shared monthly as follows:
  • 70% to the punter
  • 30% to Select Punters
• Operational or platform fees (if applicable) are deducted from the punter’s share before payout.

Use Case: A punter receives a ₦100,000 funded account and earns ₦60,000 profit in a month. ₦42,000 is paid out to the punter (after deduction of any fees), while ₦18,000 is retained by Select Punters.

7.3 Punters Marketplace

The Punters Marketplace is a leaderboard-driven feature showcasing the best-performing funded punters on the platform. It allows users to view, follow, and optionally copy betslips from these top performers.

Key Terms:

• Only users with verified performance and consistent results are eligible to be listed.
• Leaderboard metrics are based on ROI, win rate, risk management, and compliance.
• Users may follow or copy punters manually or via automation (if permitted), subject to:
  • Copy limits (e.g., number of followers per punter);
  • Access restrictions (free, freemium, or paid tiers);
  • Real-time updates and alert mechanisms.

Disclaimer:

• Past performance does not guarantee future success;
• Select Punters is not liable for any losses incurred from copying punters;
• Fraudulent or manipulated performance will lead to removal from the marketplace and possible suspension.

Use Case: A user subscribes to follow a top-3 punter who specializes in tennis markets. The user chooses to copy the punter’s next 5 betslips. All wins/losses are at the user’s risk.

7.4 AI Chat Bot

The AI Chat Bot is an intelligent assistant built to support users with real-time research and betting insights. It is designed to promote informed decision-making, not to offer fixed predictions or betting tips.

Functions Include:

• Researching match history and player/team statistics;
• Identifying historical betting patterns and market movement;
• Explaining betting-related terminology and concepts;
• Suggesting strategy models for further analysis.

Limitations:

• The AI bot does not offer direct betting recommendations or guaranteed outcomes;
• It must not be used to automate bet placement, mass scrape data, or generate speculative signals for syndicates;
• Misuse of the bot may lead to temporary suspension or restriction of access to AI features.

Use Case: A user is unsure about how to analyze "double chance" markets. The AI bot explains the concept, provides sample historical performance on selected teams, and helps the user build a manual filter for evaluating such bets.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with the Select Punters platform—including but not limited to software tools, proprietary algorithms, user interfaces, educational content, AI systems (including the AI Chat Bot), product designs, documentation, brand elements, and marketing materials—is the sole property of Select Punters Limited, registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

These intellectual property rights are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent laws, both in Nigeria and internationally where relevant.

8.1 Ownership and Scope

Select Punters retains full ownership and control over all platform features, technology infrastructure, and creative content provided through any service or product within the ecosystem. Access to these features is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license strictly for personal and educational use in accordance with these Terms.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by using or accessing the platform.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following without express, written permission from Select Punters:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform's content or codebase for personal or commercial gain;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or architecture of the platform, especially related to the AI Chat Bot or proprietary betting evaluation algorithms;
• Repurpose or resell any platform data, research outputs, or system-generated insights as part of a third-party service, report, or tool;
• Use the Select Punters name, logo, or brand in advertising, promotions, or any misleading context that implies partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without prior approval.

8.3 Content Licensing

Any content you create or upload while using the platform—such as personal betting strategies, feedback, or chat interactions—may be used by Select Punters to improve its products and services, subject to anonymization and privacy protection. You grant Select Punters a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for platform development, research, and quality control.

Use Case Example 1: A user tries to copy the AI bot's response output and sell it as part of a private “betting research newsletter.” This constitutes IP infringement and may result in account suspension and legal action.

Use Case Example 2: A third-party platform copies the Punters Marketplace leaderboard format and rebrands it without permission. This is a violation of proprietary design rights and subject to legal protection.

8.4 Enforcement

Select Punters reserves the right to take legal or disciplinary action against users or external parties who infringe on its intellectual property rights. This may include:

• Issuing cease and desist letters;
• Pursuing damages or legal injunctions;
• Terminating accounts or partnerships;
• Cooperating with authorities or legal counsel in case of violations.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated or if you suspect unauthorized use of Select Punters' content, please contact [email protected] for prompt resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

Select Punters Limited provides a platform designed to support learning, strategy, and merit-based betting opportunities. However, we are not a betting house or odds provider, and all actions taken on the platform—especially those involving real-money decisions—are done at the user's discretion and risk.

9.1 No Guarantees or Promises

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including (but not limited to):

• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Accuracy or reliability of information from any tool or user;
• Success or profitability in betting.

We do not guarantee that you will:

• Win any bets;
• Qualify for a funded account;
• Receive consistent platform uptime;
• Retain a spot on the Punters Marketplace.

9.2 Financial Risk Disclaimer

Select Punters shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of money from failed bets made during a challenge or on a funded account;
• Loss of potential profits based on strategies generated using platform features like the AI Bot;
• Missed opportunities due to delays, bugs, or platform issues;
• Errors in displaying odds or leaderboard metrics.

Use Case Example 1: A user bases a betting decision solely on AI-generated trend data and loses their challenge account. Select Punters is not responsible for this loss.

Use Case Example 2: A top punter in the Marketplace has a bad month, and users who copied their slips lose money. This risk is inherent and not Select Punters’ liability.

9.3 Platform Interruptions

While we strive for a stable and responsive experience, we are not liable for:

• Planned or unplanned maintenance that causes downtime;
• System bugs, latency, or software errors;
• Connectivity issues or data loss due to third-party integrations.

9.4 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Their own betting choices;
• Following rules of funded account usage;
• Complying with local laws and restrictions regarding online gaming;
• Protecting their login credentials and account activity.

9.5 Limitation Cap

In jurisdictions where exclusion of liability is not allowed, our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for their most recent challenge.

Reminder: The betting space involves high risk. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your actions and absolve Select Punters Limited of any liability related to your personal betting outcomes.

10. Termination and Suspension

To preserve the integrity of the Select Punters ecosystem and ensure a fair experience for all users, we reserve the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to any or all services provided through our platform at our sole discretion, particularly if we identify violations of these Terms or behavior that puts the system or other users at risk.

10.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

Your account may be suspended temporarily or permanently terminated if you:

• Violate any of these Terms and Conditions, including product-specific rules (e.g., challenge rules, AI tool limitations, or Marketplace conduct);
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit platform systems, including using automation scripts, bots, or exploiting bugs;
• Use dishonest methods to pass challenges, such as simulated betting patterns, collusion, or copying slips from external sources;
• Create multiple accounts to game the system, avoid bans, or receive unfair advantages;
• Provide false, incomplete, or unverifiable information during account registration or evaluation processes;
• Engage in activities that violate local or international gambling laws or create reputational risk for Select Punters.

Use Case Example 1: A user shares their challenge account with a friend to meet the target quicker. This is a breach of terms and may lead to termination.

Use Case Example 2: A user tries to clone the leaderboard structure externally using scraped data. This violates both platform use and IP rights and may result in account bans and legal action.

10.2 Consequences of Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to:

• Any remaining balance or profit in a funded betting account (pending a review);
• The AI Chat Bot and its research tools;
• The Punters Marketplace, including any subscriber benefits or copy features;
• Any ongoing or future evaluations, regardless of how far you had progressed;
• Pending refunds, especially if your actions involved fraud, deception, or breach of financial rules.

All suspensions or bans may be permanent or temporary, depending on the severity and frequency of violations.

10.3 Appeal Process

In cases where an account is suspended or terminated, users may request a formal appeal by writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the action. Appeals will be reviewed by our compliance and risk team, and all decisions made thereafter will be final and binding.

Note: Frivolous or repeated appeals without new evidence may result in blacklisting from the platform.

10.4 Preservation of Data

Even after termination, Select Punters reserves the right to retain user data and transaction history for regulatory, legal, and compliance purposes. Such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

At Select Punters Limited, we aim to maintain a transparent and cooperative relationship with all users. However, we recognize that disputes may arise. This section outlines how such issues will be addressed.

11.1 Initial Resolution Attempt

All users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Select Punters through our internal support process before seeking external legal or regulatory remedies.

• We aim to respond to all inquiries within 5 business days, and fully resolve issues within 14 business days, where possible.
• Users are encouraged to submit full context, screenshots, transaction IDs, or logs to assist in a swift resolution.

Use Case Example: A user believes their challenge account was unfairly flagged for violation. The user must first contact support and provide necessary documentation. Select Punters will conduct an internal audit and respond with findings.

11.2 Escalation to Formal Dispute Process

2.1. Description

Funded Betting Accounts are real-money accounts made available to users who successfully pass the Select Punters Evaluation Challenge. This feature is part of our Proprietary Gaming Model (PGM) which rewards skill with capital.

Rather than betting with your own funds, qualified punters will be granted staking access to Select Punters' betting capital in third party regulated gaming operators platform , deployed on their behalf through third-party betting platforms (licensed sportsbooks).

2.2. Ownership & Use of Funds

• All capital allocated in the funded betting program remains the sole property of Select Punters Limited.
